Premier Therapy proudly offers a Manager in Training program.  These instructional seminars allow new facility rehab directors to fine tune their management skills as well as  offering non-management employees the opportunity to see what it takes to be an effective facility rehab director.   Seminars are held every six to eight weeks and have been an essential element for shaping many very effective facility rehab directors.  Topics covered during these seminars range from interviewing techniques to leadership skills to customer service.
