Vicki Esoldo Javens, SLP/CCC, is the founder and owner of Premier Therapy.  She received her Bachelor's degree in Speech and Hearing Disorders from Edinboro University in 1988 and Master's in Speech/Language Pathology from the University of Pittsburgh in 1991.  Vicki is a take charge executive with a background of high performance at one of our nation's largest providers of rehabilitative services in the areas of growth of business, developing and achieving long-term objectives along with strong operating profit results. She has demonstrated strength as well in developing and creating strong "results-oriented" management teams and employees.

Her vision of providing the Long-Term Care population with a more comprehensive approach to treatment through our commitment to making a difference is the driving force behind Premier Therapy.
